This is the Marzipan exhibit, which is one of the set pieces. Rather than a model we opted for something more unusual.

This piece was done by Monica and Kathy and is a representation of a marquetry panel from the Orient Express. This is representative of the opulence found in the luxury First class carriages. Each section was individually cut and then pieced together like a jigsaw puzzle.
